Install, test and repair bus electrical components to perform based on customer feature specifications for operation. Update and maintain specification and quality assurance documentation to ensure compliance with product-quality guidelines. Participate in continuous improvement work environment through open communication with team members and department leadership. Key electrical technician in RE (Rear Engine) bus production working closely with engineering and production teams to maintain production schedule and product quality and identify process challenges. Electrical process tech supporting launch of 288 electrical harnesses in all CE bus production. Working on project launch team to identify design and manufacturing issues and implement action plan for containment of issues. Front line repair and training to personnel to resolve all issues and maintain timely product completion.

• Supervise production teams in quality assurance, quality control, equipment maintenance, chemical mixing, paper/film processing, silver-recovery, environmental compliance, image acquisition, color correction, and order printing.• Roll-out process and product quality testing of bi-annual photographic program changes to multiple labs.• Develop, evaluate and test new production processes.• Track department productivity, evaluate efficiency and implement solutions.• Function as technical expert to determine production system issues and best-practice policies.• Monitor all plant discharges to prevent environmental contamination.• Oversee facility maintenance including first response to building maintenance issues, first-hand repair and vendor repairs.• Recommend facility remodels, changes and vendors to meet safety and budget requirements.
