Responsible for strategic development and implementation of Master Data governance best practices in support of the enterprise SAP S4/HANA and ancillary systems and processes. Domains include Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance. Ensured data quality, compliance, and security.Recently developed and implemented centralized team to perform independent bank verification process to combat sophisticated Bank Email Fraud attempts.Completed global integration of Allergan SAP ECC and local ERPs into AbbVie's global, single-instance S4/HANA system - Integration included 335,000+ Customer records and 60,000+ Vendor records and 50,000+ Material records. Responsible for delivering high SLA targets for new record creates/updates.Oversaw Master Data migration of AbbVie ECC6 to S4/HANA with no disruption in service.Conducted a data governance maturity assessment and led activities to assess and improve the level of data quality while continuing to improve our operational performance.Presented governance accomplishments and insights at the ASUG Master Data conference and the Gartner Data and Analytics SummitLed inaugural global DEI initiatives to heighten cross-cultural and cross-functional awareness and understanding - was awarded AbbVie "EEDI" recognition.

Responsible for preparations and support of the global deployment of new harmonized operating processes and SAP ECC system across AbbVie. (Over 170 countries, 21 manufacturing sites, and 11,000 users) - Coordinated global requirements gathering and conference-room pilot sessions- Led planning and execution of cutover and hypercare support- Developed and executed “Data Integrity Testing” process to ensure accuracy of master data migration- Led development and execution of simulation activities to familiarize users with the new processes and systems prior to go-live- Developed governance process for ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment - Established a PMO function and created process for requesting and prioritizing change requests - Developed capacity-planning tool for Steady-State operations planning
