The team supported the customer relationship management (CRM) and householding systems for the enterprise.Specific achievements include:• Responsible for household analytics for a financial institution with more than $340 Billion in managed assets• Implemented the first scrum development practice within Washington Mutual to rapidly adjust to a dynamic business environment increasing work volume by ~50% per month• Led the identification and elimination of data load inefficiencies, reducing the load time of the data warehouse by ~80%• Deployed a data certification process, ensuring that users of the system had confidence in the quality of the data warehouse’s data• Reduced departmental spending to 5% under budget• Ensured that the team continued to meet all operating level targets after JPMorgan Chase acquired Washington Mutual.
