• Utilizing Microsoft Power BI to streamline client’s SQL server to extract and visualize data for analysis and embedding it into client’s SharePoint Dashboard as requested by client• Manage client check-in dashboard created with Microsoft Power Canvas App, Dataverse, and Twilio by performing CRUD Operations and troubleshooting tasks to resolve client requests• Successfully tuning flow performance within client’s Power Automate to decrease duration it takes for processes to run• Utilizing ElasticSearch’s SIEM software to streamline multiple data sources for internal monitoring system • Maintain WSI’s Azure Active Directory (AD) with tasks such as user management, adding group policy, user sign-in monitoring and licensing for users• Automate Microsoft Word with VBA by creating Macros to auto-fill for the same type of information in different places• Documentation of all procedures, processes and fixes on Confluence • Working in an agile environment and use Jira to plan bi-weekly sprints
