Process engineering and software global strategic programs for industrial process and enviromental systems. Project managment, process studies and designs for manufacturing process systems, pollution prevention, wastewater treatment and environmental remediation. Software product development, training and applications for: surface finishing material and energy consumption and costs for process improvement and pollution prevention applications; environmental remediation technology expert systems and cost estimates.

Developed commercial software products and provided support for RACER/ENVEST and the Platos Process Planner.

Acquisition of a technology company and development of agreements with national and global teaming partners to deploy innovative pollution prevention technologies for purification/reuse of concentrated process fluids (acids, caustics, electrolyte solutions, solvents) and for wastewater reuse. Provided technical, marketing, business strategy, and project management support for a range of innovative turnkey pollution prevention technologies. Completed technical assessment, cost evaluations, and market/applications assessments for technologies for hazardous waste remediation and industrial pollution prevention/control. Designed, built, and tested an innovative reverse osmosis system for internatinal drinking water purification applications. Developed market estimates, and commercialization strategies. Developed a spreadsheet-based detailed design program and life-cycle cost scenarios for a patented in-well, air stripping technology for remediation of VOC contaminated groundwater.
