Joined Ohashi at start-up. Developed procedures and set up logistics, inventory control, supply chain management and quality functions. Worked alongside sales to develop Ohashi's first class reputation among clients for always on-time delivery and excellence in quality of parts and service.Company achieved ISO9001 certification in first year (no non-conformities), extending to ISO14001 shortly after, not long after which I took over as quality/environmental manager.Played a central role in the growth of the company from zero sales to $20 million in eight years, as the company grew from 1 office to two, and from 4 staff to more than 30, with myself as General Manager, responsible for operations, inventory control, warehouse, supply chain management and quality functions.Left in October 2008 to emigrate to Canada with my wife.
