- Working closely with the product, customer and sales teams to help identify platform issues- Researching and evaluating the platform's matching algorithm, and proposing solutions to the product team to mitigate harmful bias - Prototyping AI use cases- Developing test suites and defining metrics and adapting them to assist the product design - Creating and maintain reusable test suites and benchmarks to work across several use cases in the business. - Reviewing and evaluating national and global AI legislative and regulatory developments and their impact on product and product development. - Develop internal processes, guidelines, and policies to support successful implementation of ethical AI in the organisation.- Identifying potential grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other funding bodies and developing compelling grant proposals that align with project objectives- Developing and executing project plans, defining project goals, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.- Liaising between different stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration, - Initiating and nurturing relationships with university faculty, researchers, and relevant departments.
