Kevin is an award winning Actor, Writer and Producer based out of Vancouver BC. His first published stage play Where the Blood Mixes (published by Talon Books) won the 2009 Governor General's Literary award for Drama. He co-produced, co-wrote and co-hosted Canyon War: the Untold Story, an hour long documentary that chronicles the 1858 Fraser Canyon War between the First Nations of the Fraser Canyon and the Gold Seekers of the Fraser Canyon gold Rush. Canyon War won top honours at the 2009 New York Independent Film and Video Festival and the 2010 Houston International Independent Film and Video Festival and was nominated for a Golden Sheaf award.He was the Playwright in Residence at the Vancouver Playhouse in 2006 and the National Arts Centre in Ottawa in 2010. Also in 2010 he was the recipient of the Canada Council Mentorship Award where he was honoured with a mentorship with Canadian icon, Gordon Pinsent. Kevin was a company member of the National Arts Centre of Canada's English Theatre Acting Company from 2009-2012 . He played Edmund in the 2012 National Arts Centre production of Shakespeare's King Lear, featuring an all aboriginal cast.He also starred in the Pilot and first season of the APTN half hour comedy Health Nutz and the 20th Century Fox feature film, Pathfinder. Currently Kevin has a recurring role on the CBC series Arctic Air.
