In this role, Kevin was instrumental in building strategic partnerships to advance high-level goals, often without direct funding or clear incentives. Leveraging his deep understanding of incentive structures, he turned ideas into collaborative actions that successfully transitioned the next generation into careers suited for the new economy.Kevin’s career is distinguished by his commitment to simplifying complex processes, implementing technology-centric strategies, and applying systems thinking to drive transformative change. His expertise in change management allows him to effectively lead technology-driven initiatives that align strategy with execution. Kevin’s ability to integrate strategy, technology, and messaging is further underscored by his academic achievements, including completing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Economics in just two calendar years at the University of Central Florida, earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky as a Provost Fellow, and obtaining certifications as a Scrum Master and Product Owner.
