CurrentOversee compliance with corporate finance and securities laws, partnership governance requirements; and employment laws; manage litigation and legal service budgets; counsel regarding insurance matters; assist with structuring any incentive compensation.Oversee Legal support of site control, title review and title curative work performed by programmanagers, title officers and underwriters, land surveyors, design engineers, and external counsel.Advise on legal issues arising under large generator interconnection processes and industrial load tariffs. Counsel regarding new and existing regulatory schemes; proactively analyze laws and regulations, and lead or participate in agency and regulatory actions, including for local land use permit applications, state level siting and development permits, BLM rights of way and plans of development, FERC licensing, and other local, state and federal permitting matters.Structure, negotiate and document transactions with utilities, electric cooperatives, strategic investors or other candidates for project investment, divestiture, power purchase or other offtake arrangements; manage outside counsel on project sale, power purchase, tolling, build-transfer and similar agreements.
