Worked with SQL Server 2000, DB2, Oracle, and Access databases.Wrote, tested, and documented data migration programs for new OneWorld versions.Participated in an integration project between the PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management and OneWorld HR modules. Determined data mappings, created programs to export OneWorld data, and wrote services in WebMethods 6 that published this data via XML.Created documentation and PowerPoint presentations, then used this material for training.Assisted Quality Assurance with developing test plans stored in Mercury Test Director.Worked with Global System Support to resolve escalated client issues.
