Worked in Integration and Testing for the DO Advanced project. The test setup involveda model base transceiver station linked to a cell phone. Responsible for developing solutions on the company’s cross-platform Rapid Application Development platform (4D). The 4D platform bundles a GUI creator with an SQL database, and was used as a client information system as well as for maintaining records of client finances and stock trades. I wrote scripts in 4D's own programming language of the same name to access, modify, and display information from the database.- Overhauled the billing system to facilitate electronic delivery of statements. This included generating a PDF report for each client, and a ZIP archive of all the reports for a batch upload.- Developed an email alert system to inform traders of rapidly declining stocks. Alerts were sent to traders using SMTP on a daily basis determined by price changes.- Created an archiving program to comply with SEC regulations for off-site storage- Implemented search functionality to help employees find documents- Created a generic deal export function so that employees can quickly see important information about past and ongoing transactions
