Responsibilities:-Build and support internal tools/systems using various programming languages (PHP, Go, JavaScript, Bash).-Administer physical and virtual Linux servers.-Maintain the Git repositories associated with various projects/tools.-Define and maintain MySQL databases.-Assist Support with any escalations they may have.

Responsibilities:-Monitor and help maintain various pieces of the network.-Work with customers to resolve their issues and point them in a direction of help if out of scope. -Use various tools to pre-qualify an internet connection before we send an install technician out.-Work with the install technicians while they're on site to setup a new connection. -Assist in the development of in-house tools for provisioning, monitoring, and other workflow processes.

Responsibilities:-Check in the daily shipments of parts and make sure they make their way to the correct shelf location.-Ship out parts and other parcels using various shipping methods.-Complete the warranty process to get credit on defective parts.-Maintain correct inventory counts on difficult to track parts (tires, batteries, etc).Other Duties:-Use the forklift to move heavy items. -Keep the parts area clean and organized.

Responsibilities:-Swap out failed disk drives on various consoles. -Re-flow the main board on "red ringed" Xbox's and PlayStation's which fail to boot. -Upgrade firmware on older devies.-Design and use a ticketing system to keep track of consoles and their status.Other Duties:-Recommend tools and other hardware to accelerate our turnaround time.

Responsibilities:-Assist guests with questions, recommendations, and accessing locked items. -Keep the department clean and stocked.-Learn about the technical products and offer suggestions based on the customer's needs.Other Duties:-Assist with checking out guests if overloaded. -Help other departments stay stocked and tidy.
