Since 2012 Kevin Corbett has created packaged case management solutions for Hyland Software. Based on the unprecedented success of his “OnBase Checklists for Process Control” solution and the creation of other valuable case management applications he has been promoted to Senior Packaged Solution Developer. Kevin’s background in database administration and programming along with business requirements analysis have allowed him to create highly effective applications for organizations seeking to improve efficiency, policy compliance, and workforce accountability. Responsibilities of this new position will be to continue to develop, promote and service packaged case management solutions for Hyland’s many customers. This will now include providing guidance and assistance to other Hyland solution architects to grow a library of case management applications that require minimal effort to deploy, are easy to support and are easy for end users to learn how to use. This will provide the means to satisfy the growing demand for turnkey packaged solutions that have a predictable cost to implement and have measurable returns on investment. Packaged case management solutions like OnBase Checklists for Process Control provide a 100% ready to use application upon installation without extended discovery or long implementation schedules. Many OnBase customers are using this software across their enterprise in various departments to help ensure that the right people are presented with correct lists of things that need to get done at the right time. With built in conditional processing and automatic escalation even processes that have become an exception or present a significant challenge will dynamically adjust and enlist the help of the right people that need to be involved within the process. OnBase Checklists for Process Control allows organizations to meet quality control objectives while ensuring processes are completed. Using an intuitive user interface, organizations can input various policies and procedures, moving the information into an easily accessible checklist format. From here, users can view a policy’s purpose and the specific steps required to fulfill it. By automatically generating electronic checklists and automating the assignment of tasks to specific individuals, the OnBase solution becomes an official record of work.

Coordinating the research of OnBase ECM best practices and implementation guidelines for deployment of massive systems that are designed for performance and scalability requirements of thousands of users, high volume data import processing, and business process automation on a global scale. This position also includes developing the best practices and guidelines for enterprise deployments of database systems to support ECM and Workflow solutions focusing on MS-SQL Server and Oracle database products. Key deliverables of this role include the coordination and managing of diverse special projects teams, reaching out to customers and partners with specific expertise and gaining their involvement in projects supporting the defined mission statement of the group. A significant percentage of time in this role includes establishing and maintaining the Oracle database systems for the Quality Assurance department of Hyland Software, Inc. including Oracle performance tuning, disaster recovery planning, and Oracle RAC on Linux.

Specific responsibilities include establishing development priorities based upon customer and market demands, defining procedures of operation for a new product and department, implement a project for education, training, and marketing collateral, delegating tasks to a team of professional business analysts, and working within teams of diversified employees to attain market presence for Hyland Advanced Capture.

Successfully built the first formal employee training program at Hyland Software under a new department known as Hyland Software University (HSU). HSU grew to a department with an annualized budget of over one million dollars. Directly managed over a dozen technical instructors (including other Team Leaders and another Manager) and support staff to create a dynamic technology based training program with proven benefits tied directly to a positive growth in company revenue and reputation. Named "Best Employee Training Program" in 2005 and 2008 by NorthCoast 99.Actively worked through many different customer facing technology projects throughout the US, Puerto Rico and Japan. Developed and delivered significant customer training programs for large international Conference Events. Member of the Hyland Management Team for 10+ years. Other experiences include working as a part of the acquisition team for HSI. Managed projects for researching and developing cutting edge solutions to provide cost effective solutions for ECM and BPA challenges for customers. Led efforts to analyze and review processes and procedures for training initiatives to help make strategic company wide decisions based upon business objectives, employee needs and return on investment.In June of 2011 the CEO requested that Kevin take on building a new department for a strategic initiative for Hyland Software for the purpose of developing and promoting the operational aspects of a new Advanced Capture program.
