In addition to team development, process improvement and data management best practices were identified within the scope of the position.Supported Product Life Cycle (PLM) team to reduce overall amount of active finished good products from 400,000 to 130,000 globally. This was done through collaboration and the development of a new PLM process to discontinue and obsolete inactive finished good products. Developed and researched tools using VBA and SharePoint workflow to improve data management processes. Using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics, overall average data management timing of key functions dropped from 11 days to 3 days. Overall savings of around $800 per week due to improvements.Concentrated on improvements with Customer Master processes to avoid delays with sales orders. Total sales loss avoidance in 2020 was around $150K. Reported published monthly and improvements to executive level to show successful progress and exposure. Supported initiative to improve Customer Pricing accuracy through SharePoint workflow. Workflow processes allowed proper approvals of pricing changes for various customers through North America while reducing the amount of Accounts Receivable rework for invoicing and payments. Acquired more knowledge with Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes while gaining technical exposure to Tableau and Master Data Governance.
