Soberthreads, Inc. was created by myself for the purpose of offering cool and hip apparel to the recovery community, and beyond!

Providing Identity Theft Protection and Resolution services as well as a Life Events' Legal Plan to individuals and families for the purpose of allowing an 'equal justice' opportunity to middle class Americans.

As a 15 million dollar online and local apparel company, I work with small to large companies, non-profit and international government agencies to offer a wide array of apparel and company accessories - embroidered and printed, special order, and customized. Successfully provide Queensboro with 4+ hours of recordable talk-time daily - administer 80+ complex accounts, and call on 200+ companies weekly to service accounts, resell, and provide ongoing promotional information to decision makers. Generated the highest revenue of any Sales Consultants ($30K+) for the company in 2008 by selling over 1,000 pieces to premier noteable Washington DC customer and school. Cooperate with a Production, Purchasing, Inventory, and Customer Service team to implement new business approaches, solve problems, and provide the best service and products to those we serve.

Created programming and culturally relevant programming for community and church students in the Mooresville area, as well as facilitating and leading small groups, and a worship service.

Responsible for the ongoing therapeutic needs within a residential treatment environment for children. Provided daily oversight of a (9) children home, and was fiscally responsible for an annual budget, as well as correctly and appropriately allocating monies based on clients' needs and services. Corresponded and worked with a variety of governmental agencies directly involved in meeting needs for children removed from their homes, and participated actively in family reunification.

Responsible for the ongoing development, education, community visibility, and success of the Youth ministry program and its' vision. From the ground-up, developed a strong Youth organization of 30-40 youth, and included family and adult leadership in programming, education, events, and mission projects. Successful in creating a local service project arm of the ministry which included other Youth service teams and local churches to meet community needs and serve the less fortunate.

Prepared and maintained IRS-compliant benefit plans with an emphasis in the 401(k) model; provided ongoing consultation to Plan Participants and Company Owners regarding the set-up and daily administration of company retirement plans. Worked with investment firm representatives and studied company demographics to provide the client with the most applicable retirement plan for over 100 companies and their employees.
