- Sole proprietor providing supply chain consulting services with $250,000 in annual revenue- Provided business process and technology standardization consulting services for Bon Secours Mercy Health, a $10B Not-for-Profit Healthcare Organization across 9 markets comprised of over 40 acute care facilities and 100+ branch facilities (details below)- Led the implementation of spend management and master data maintenance tool and served as interim application manager during rollout where I identified potential savings associated with unsigned contracts, vendor credits and benchmark pricing- Managed two remote resources in a large scale effort to consolidate and cleanse redundant vendors and items in the client’s ERP system- Evaluated healthcare client’s ERP application suite and requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, inventory management, and discrepancy resolution processes and then recommended and implemented optimized solutions

- Senior implementation consultant and lead on the Business Systems Modernization (BSM) project at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), which centralized Demand and Supply Planning, Procurement, Order Fulfillment, and all associated Financial Transactions for over 4 million items across thousands of locations by utilizing JDA (formerly Manugistics) and SAP application suites - Provided Manugistics NetWORKS Demand, Fulfillment, Collaborate, Monitor and Common Security Application expertise in concert with leading the development of key solutions through requirements definition, design, implementing, testing, and training delivery while at the DLA.- Assumed leadership responsibilities in rolling out a supplier collaboration solution that provided 24 months of projected buys to suppliers via a secure online portal. Worked closely with demand collaboration team in configuring software security for both customers and vendors to view demand and supply plans simultaneously.- Helped to develop a constrained supply solution that would prioritize and evaluate demand in a limited budget, supply or resource situation. Supported design, implementation, end-user training and roll-out of software and process solutions for two phases over a span of 27 months.- Lead Fulfillment consultant for a Manugistics software implementation for HEB, a 350 store grocery chain in Texas, Louisiana, and Mexico. Responsibilities included requirements definition, solution design, software configuration, end-user training, testing, and upgrade services for both the Demand and Fulfillment modules of Manugistics. - Re-designed, implemented, and tested a stand-alone load building solution to manage vendor to warehouse load consolidation, which included order prioritization, intelligent splitting logic, and auto-approval functionality.

- Lead Fulfillment consultant for Manugistics software implementation for HEB (details above)- Subject matter expert for Manugistics Automated Load Building (ALB) functionality and then for a stand-alone load building utility.- Master Planning implementation consultant for Navy’s Advanced Planning Solution. Lead a small team in conducting process and solution audits and then developing solutions to fill the gaps. Also spent time educating Navy personnel on system functionality through one-on-one and group sessions.- Training coordinator for Navy Supply implementation. Responsible for providing high level outline of training content, coordination of meetings, and the ultimate success of the training as perceived by the Navy.

- Conducted detailed SWOT analysis for Elektra, a Mexico City based electronics retailer, as part of a pre-sales effort for supply chain planning software. This resulted in the sale of a multi-million dollar supply chain initiative to implement Manugistics.- Conducted research for American Airlines to determine the significance of on-line ticket ordering and the expected growth over the next 5 years. Presented findings to key client personnel leading to significant investment in their online reservations system. - Served as a fulfillment consultant and eventually co-lead on a Manugistics implementation for Sara Lee Meats focusing mainly on system integration, configuration, testing and end-user support of a solution that focused heavily on utilizing constrained resource planning to better meet customer orders and overall inventory management across the organization.- Participated in several proposal efforts in a variety of roles. Assisted on a major ERP and Planning system proposal for McDonalds. Helped consolidate subject matter expert documentation around the implementation of Oracle ERP and Manugistics Supply Chain Planning software.- Spent 3 months in an intense training program designed by PwC to build consulting skills through exposure to logical programming languages and the PwC implementation methodology.
