National Sales Recruiter
Current- Responsible for all steps associated with the identification and placement of full or part time employees including, but not limited to (scheduling interviews with 15 different hiring managers, soliciting interview.
- Nationwide roles filled include the following: Outside Sales Specialists, Tour Managers - Drivers, Retail Recruiters, HR Onboarding Specialists, Retail Supervisors of Events, Mentors/Assistant Managers, Business.
- Responsible for 40 outbound calls per day, 100 text messages per week, 25 phone screens per week and 7 hires per week
- Demonstrated and trained peers with my advanced knowledge of Boolean searches for sourcing potential candidates in ICIMS (ATS) as well as on Indeed, JobGet, LinkedIn and TrustedHerd job boards
- Conducted phone screens to determine candidate's viability
- Presented job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiated salary wages
