As the Human Capital and Business Strategy Manager, Kevin plans and implements all facets of executive search, including sourcing, candidate development, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and on-boarding for candidates of all levels. Through creation of position profiles and recruitment strategy plans, he has successfully completed a range of national and international assignments during his tenure. Beyond executive search, Kevin also contributes to the HR consulting practice. With his background as an HR Generalist, Kevin is able to advise on employee development initiatives, training programs, performance reviews, compensation strategy, and benefits.

During his four year tenure at Gunnip & Company, Kevin managed a vast number of HR and recruitment responsibilities. Primarily, Kevin focused on permanent and temporary staffing opportunities in accounting, finance, HR, IT, and sales. Kevin handled both internal and external searches for Gunnip & Company, completing several executive level placements for firm clients.
