Serves as site lead and on-site System Acquisition Staff Action Officer (SASAO) in the office of PM Soldier Lethality at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ for programs in research, development, production, and sustainment. This includes, preparing, reviewing, and updating all program documents as required for Milestone Decisions, Type Classification, and Material Release actions to support Life Cycle system milestone decisions, cost-reporting requirements and production of milestone packages.Assists the Product Director with overall program execution through the monitoring/reporting on program status and activities coordinating/scheduling design reviews. Coordinate, conduct, and participate in regular IPT meetings on assigned programs to ensure satisfactory progress and established milestone schedules are met or exceeded.

-Provide support to personnel at Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) responsible for managing R&D projects for the U.S. Army.-Mentor and provide guidance to ARDEC Project Officers (APOs) and members of their team on project management techniques, best practices and Enterprise Project Management (EPM).-Develop and track schedule of the Extended Range Cannon Artillery (ERCA) project. -Manage and track project resources and schedule using MS Project Enterprise.

-Full Life Cycle Management of the Spider Networked Munition System allowing PM CCS to fill an emerging force protection capability gap for the soldiers. -Manages all project documentation ensuring accuracy and accountability with all levels of management and approval authorities. -Designs and manages project plans in MS Project, develops logistical matrixes in order to monitor status, writing standard operating procedures, cultivating team members, and conducting kick-off meetings. -Prepares and provides monthly and quarterly program status updates to management (up to the Office of the Secretary of Defense Level). -Analysis and preparation of Budget Execution Plans in order to track program obligations and disbursements. -Facilitated marketing efforts to gain system awareness with troops through social media and Armed Forces Network commercials. -Diverse expertise in development of scope, roadmaps, project plans, budgets, risk registries, and issue logs. -Successful completion of projects to meet scope, time, cost, and ensure compliance with project requirements. -Experience managing concurrent projects. Quickly credible and comfortable with stakeholders at all levels. -Provides timely response to all time sensitive tasks often with changing requirements. -Ammunition Manager for multiple PM Close Combat Systems Programs. -Outstanding communication, collaboration, presentation, mentoring, and facilitation skills working with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in PMBOK, PMO best practices, MS Office Suite, advanced user of MS Project.

-Co-located program management support to the Program Executive Office for Ammunition, Project Manager for Close Combat Systems (PMCCS), Product Directorate Area Denial.-Coordinated and facilitated the Urgent and Conditional Materiel Releases and fielding of the Spider System in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
