Kevin is the Executive Managing Director of Discovery Services at Hire Counsel. In this role, Kevin oversees the discovery operations and managed review services of Hire Counsel. He has significant experience managing complex large scale matters and is an expert in developing alternative solutions for clients such as alternative pricing.

Kevin M. Clark is the Senior Vice President of Consulting at Compliance Discovery Solutions, and focuses on discovery, data management, and defensibility; he has built a reputation within the field for his proactive advocacy of best practices. In his current capacity, he provides solutions to lawyers’ real-world issues in their litigation practice on a daily basis. Kevin supports clients throughout the EDRM lifecycle on matters including government investigations, such as FCPA and FCA, mergers and acquisitions, health care, patent infringement and pharmaceutical litigation.
