As father to three young boys, he strives to set an example that personal values and goals do not need to be sacrificed for the sake of the 9 to 5. As CEO of Clif Bar, the leading maker of nutritious and organic foods and drinks for people on the go, Kevin was guided by the company’s Five Aspirations: Sustaining our Business, our Brands, our People, our Community and the Planet. In addition to extending Clif Bar’s product offerings and expanding distribution, Kevin also deepened the company’s commitment to organic and sustainable ingredients. He was with the company from 2004-2018 and held various positions within Clif Bar, including COO, President & CEO. Today, Kevin is the Principal at Big Rock Growth Advisors LLC. The company helps CEOs win by focusing on strategic development and aligned tactical execution. He leverages his experience at Clif Bar growing it from a small company to a leader in the healthy snack food category.Kevin is a two-time IRONMAN finisher, has competed in several half IRONMANS and has completed six marathons. In 2015, Kevin competed in NBC’s American Ninja Warrior and competed at Kona IRONMAN in October, 2016. When he isn’t running, cycling or racing over obstacles, he can be found coaching his sons' baseball and basketball teams.
