• Onboard Marketo and scale our instance to support a database of 2 mil+ records and over 70k new records per month• Own email marketing from a standpoint of domain reputation and performance metrics, ensuring audiences, timing, and content are all optimized• Manage MarTech (Drift, Clearbit, MadKudu, etc.) integrations and vendor relations, including contract negotiations and deprecation of unnecessary tools• Ensure web forms capture necessary information and that data is quickly synced to Salesforce for sellers to easily ingest and take proper next actions• Complete various projects and resolve issues in Salesforce

• Work directly with the CMO, Marketing execs, and Sales leadership to provide them with Tableau dashboards to easily visualize data on goals and performance metrics

• Enhance our marketing automation instance to advance our marketing capabilities and operational efficiencies• Provide support and guidance to the marketing team on deploying email campaigns, nurture programs, and Marketo best practices• Assist in the creation and implementation of program templates for easy creation of new programs and standardized practices on a global scale• Maintain and improve the cleanliness and integrity of our database• Ensure the marketing team has the martech needed to scale efficiently• Work with sales ops to keep marketing and sales aligned• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement

• Serve as internal support for OpenTable Global Sales and Services Team (250+ employees)• Create Salesforce reports and dashboards to measure sales goals and efficiency; keep Salesforce library accurate and organized• Play a major role in strategy recommendation to top executives for global expansion of OpenTable’s services using analysis of market trends, diner behavior, and traveler behavior• Drive internal process best practice to Global Sales & Services team members, District Managers, and Regional VPs through data and process analysis for various ad hoc projects
