As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte's Strategy and Operations Group, my primary responsibilities were to leverage a hypothesis-based approach to structure and conduct complex analysis. As an MBA Summer Associate I worked with a $8B Consumer Product Company on developing a comprehensive pricing strategy across all Business Units and product lines. My primary role was to conduct pricing analytics, assist in the development of go-forward strategies and develop customer communication packs.

Prior to attaining my MBA and my subsequent shift in industries my role was to help my client to reduce their healthcare costs by focusing on employee health and wellness outcomes. I managed a large cross-functional team and led my client to substantial cost savings which resulted in a number of top industry awards and accolades for our outcomes.

Managed operations of two employee health and wellness centers including staff, operations and P&L. Led a companywide service delivery model review, resulting in new revenue streams and improved service.

In my final role with Health Fitness, I oversaw three fitness and wellness centers including P&L responsibility. I led and mentored team of ~40 full and part-time team members dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of our clients employees and families. I held several roles in my time at Health Fitness including Specialist, Coordinator, Program Manager and culminating in my roles as Program Manager II. All of my roles involved direct supervision and management of key vendors, contractors, employees and budgets.
