Proper investment allocation is essential, but it is a small piece of the planning process. It is more critical to understands a client's goals and objectives. My musings focus on the how & the why of planning and less on specific suggestions, which may only be useful to a small subset of readers. My financial career began in 1994 with First National Bank of Maryland (later Allfirst). I was awarded an M.S. in Financial Services from St. Joseph's University in addition to a B.A. in Economics and History from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.When not working with clients, I enjoy golfing and, more importantly, spending time with my wife Melissa and our two mastiffs, Claude and Bingley.
