Retired holding the rank of Colonel. Author of scores of articles on Police, EMS and other emergency services management and tactics. These articles have appeared in a variety of national publications including monthly periodicals and books. Served as the Technology Editor for Law and Order Magazine. Designed and presented Police, Security and Emergency Preparedness classes for over 25 years.
