For over 30 years, KemperSports golf course development and construction division has led a range of projects for golf developments, resorts, city managers and park and recreation groups. While employed with KemperSports, I was a Senior Project Manager and Owner’s Representative consulting on all facets of planning, design, permitting, and construction of multiple golf course and golf-related commercial projects.

Senior planner for a civil engineering and environmental consulting firm. Responsible for coordinating company resources including engineers, ecologists, and regulatory specialists towards civil site planning and permitting for a variety of golf, commercial, and residential development projects. Integral to this effort was working with clients in the master planning stage to ensure that their final development minimized impacts to their property’s jurisdictional wetlands, and subsequently creating a strategy for any compensatory environmental mitigation.

Associate with a young, commercial and residential design-build startup company. Served all roles including architectural design, manual and CAD drafting, computer modeling and rendering, site survey and layout, heavy equipment operation (excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, skid loaders, etc), and basic framing and carpentry.
