Worked on the Extensibility Zone at InVision, focusing on integration initiatives and expanding our SDK. During my time at InVision, I helped manage and enhance our integrations with Jira, Trello, Asana, Azure DevOps, Google, and more. In addition to adding new features and prioritizing customer feedback, I also was able to continue to build relationships with our strategic partners.As a PM, I was able to work closely with my design and engineering partners to maintain a backlog of features, analyze metrics to make data driven decisions, and prioritize initiatives based on ROI. It was a blessing to work with such talented people and tackle complex technical issues, while keeping customer needs at the forefront of every decision.

Tracked deliverables for release 8.0 web app while also maintaining the backlog and creating a roadmap for future releases. My team and I also coordinated the rollout of content updates for a mobile training app. We coordinated cross team communication across multiple streams of work and owned communication of status updates to customers.During my time at Sapient, I was also able to mentor junior members on the team to enhance their skill sets and identify career growth opportunities.

Developed and maintained a roadmap with emphasis on ecommerce, integrations, and bringing new revenue opportunities to the company. Used metrics to understand customer usage, track integration correlation with churn reduction, and help us be strategic with future partners. We worked with and developed integrations with multiple third party vendors across multiple verticals (ADP, Accurate Background, SkillSurvey, Click Boarding, SkillCheck, Predictive Index, Netchex, BambooHR, ClearCare, AxisCare, Compli, MatrixCare, AlayaCare)Worked across multiple departments to gather requirements, discuss our roadmap, and communicate upcoming release functionality. Built a strong team dynamic by collaborating with engineers, designers, and QA to build new features and improve functional processes. Was also able to mentor new product team members on product functionality and present them with opportunities to further their careers.

Managed product backlogs and defined requirements for various projects in a SaaS environment. Took the lead on multiple third party integration projects, including a new assessment provider (PeopleClues) and a new background check provider (Sterling BackCheck).Conducted surveys, focus groups, and client interviews to flesh out market requirements. Coordinated efforts between sales, marketing, implementation, support, and management to give a clear understanding of new features.Gave product presentations and demos to the Board of Directors and external clients/prospects. Was also given the opportunity to lead a panel discussion on best screening practices for an organization.

Developed .NET applications in ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript. Integrated the PeopleMatter system with E-Verify, a government run employee eligibility/identity verification service.

Developed enterprise level .NET applications in VB.NET and C#. Integrated third party applications into and expanded existing platform level features. Developed and optimized SQL queries and created custom reports.

Coordinated with other technicians to install new software, support server functionality, and troubleshoot technical issues.
