I like to see myself as a technologist. My senior year in High School was the first year they had computers in the school back in the day and I pretty much have been on one daily ever since! At University I was also lucky to gravitate towards Management Information Systems and getting a minor in math computer science option immersed me in programming classes. Working at the computer lab also helped solidify my computer skills. I was one of the only students to have a VT100 and a modem connected to our Cyber mainframe from my on campus. Since I was working at Digital Equipment Corp as a data entry clerk I was able to get one. I was also fortunate to start my career at BBN where there were so many talented people I was trying to emulate and be mentored by. I remember putting a training slide together and the list of acronyms in it was incredible. Most are in my skills section! As my career is dwindling down I relish that I am still as technically as sharp as in the BBN days! Or at least I think so and probably more so now that I am coming up on 40 years experience! I have mostly stayed in the VoIP concentration in our connected networking world. I like to be in front of people and have an outgoing personality and have been told I know how to make an entrance! I recently have been leveraging my technical skills in the kitchen and focusing on cooking extremely nutritious and delicious meals via my wok!

Level 3 Tech SupportBrandywine Technical Partners Oct 2017 - May 2023Salem, New Hampshire, United StatesBrandywine was one of my customers at pbxnsip and they built a hosted VoIP services offering using the pbxnsip/snomone/Vodia product line branded as sipworxx hosted business Voice services. I came on board to help build the business and move it from an external hosting provider to internal. Over the years I implemented their E911 services on the bandwidth.com portal and spent most days troubleshooting the more difficult VoIP issues. A typical day maybe looking at wireshark traces and in the Vodia servers looking at log files. I interacted heavily with our customers and vendors. We supported snom, yealink, Cisco, Polycom and Grandstream phones and gateways. I also helped rollout cellular routers for backups internet at our customers sites to make sure the phone calls kept coming in when there was an Internet outage. Since our servers were on Public IP addresses I helped ensure they were secure for cyber attacks and were safe. Converted our DNS to dyndns.org. -

I was one of the cofounders of the company. I was the driving force of getting a patent on the product in the USA and Canada for indoor positioning and communication systems US20180103353A1.
