At Executive Networks we connect C-level executives in the Netherlands and Belgium with each other and other interesting people. We organise events and other activities for them to develop themselves professionally.We advise potential partners of a specific C-level about the right business development approach vis-a-vis their potential clients. I moderate events and roundtable discussions for C-level executives and M&A professionals. As CFO Community Manager my responsibility was to get to know the needs and interests of every Dutch CFO. Through our events (conferences and roundtables) and informal gatherings I connected the CFOs with eachother. I decided the content of our events and tried with my colleagues to create the right atmosphere for the gatherings. I was also responsible for connecting the right sponsors to our events and advising them on the right message and approach vis-a-vis the CFOs. This with regard to the events we collaborated on, but going way beyond. Acting as a business development consultant for them.Through the years and my role I have tried to adapt the role of our organisation from an event organiser to a profesional development facilitator for the CFOs and to a business development coach for our sponsors.
