Reporting to the Senior Pastor, directed church staff leading all functional areas in the overall accomplishment of the church's mission. This included strategic planning, finance/administration, human resources, and operations as well as adult, student, children's, arts, and outreach ministry areas.

Led an operations organization that provided overall support for two 24x7 National Network Operations Centers, proactively monitoring the largest Regional Area Network in the United States. Responsibilities included process quality assurance through business process development and improvement; product quality assurance through proactive testing of new technology prior to production implementation; post-production network auditing to ensure compliance to industry best practices; integrated field management activities that included field engineering support, and network configuration management; and development and administration of training programs for all operations personnel.

Led operations for a world-class provider of variable area and mass flow measurement and control devices, including worldwide responsibility for quality systems, manufacturing, supply, and facilities. Responsibilities included leadership of worldwide production; manufacturing engineering; procurement; quality systems development; annual strategic planning and budgeting; and development of maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Directed the BASIS product line business unit, including overall P&L responsibility and leadership of production, manufacturing engineering, procurement, and product support engineering. Additionally, as Plant Manager provided leadership of Fisher-Rosemount Tecnologias de Flujo, a Mexican subsidiary manufacturing products for Micro Motion and Rosemount Flow Division, including direct responsibility for human resources, finance, information technology, procurement, freight forwarding, and two product-manufacturing operations.
