With over 20 years of experience in leading and growing technology-based businesses, I am passionate about empowering CEOs and leaders to achieve their full potential. As a Vistage Chair, I facilitate monthly peer advisory group meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions for 40+ CEOs, business owners, and executives, helping them learn, grow, and make better decisions. I am also a GiANT Master Coach, certified in delivering leadership development workshops and consulting services for small businesses through my company, Cognizant Leadership.In addition, my wife and I own Escapology Columbia, the largest escape room in the US, with 12 different themed escape rooms in downtown Columbia. We started this venture in 2017, as a way to stay connected with our young adult children and help them develop management and technical skills. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we created a web dashboard to enable online escape room experiences and events, which was adopted by all Escapology locations worldwide. I enjoy giving back and helping others, especially technology-based businesses in Columbia, and I am always looking for new opportunities to leverage my engineering background, global experience, and entrepreneurial mindset.
