With a comprehensive history of both training and document development, I now provide streamlining solutions to individuals, businesses, and nonprofits in my local community. I offer training tailored to an individual, or group, based on their specific needs. I provide roadmaps for small businesses and nonprofits to more effectively reduce redundancy within their document trail. On the training side, companies or individuals will request training either on a program in its entirety or very focused elements within an application. When working with customers to better streamline their work flow, it’s not uncommon to use VBA to reduce said redundancy and to even generate new documents based on data entered into a single entry point.

Responsibilities include creating onboarding materials for new support engineers and software engineers. Develop training in multi-media deliverables. Technical writing. Creating Video/Audio/Graphics/Animation/Text training curriculum. Create training material from scratch on in-house software while working with subject matter experts. Manage enrollment, metrics, gamification, class and curriculum management, and more in an LMS. Take complex subjects and make them fun and obtainable to the average user.

Provide computer training to employees either at their location or one of the five centers that New Horizons have located throughout Southern California. Create training materials. Provide training in a classroom environment and online for students wishing to obtain a new skill set necessary in today’s digital landscape.
