· Designed, implemented and managed voice and data network for non profit agency, connecting 3 local offices and 2 neighbor island sites.· Designed, implemented and managed Exchange 2000 and centralized data storage which increased communications and productivity threefold.· Designed, implemented and managed web-based services including 1 fully functional web store and 2 interactive support sites for clients and staff.· Assisted with outreach and programs as needed, including community outreach for technical scholarship opportunities for youth.

· Performed system maintenance and system design for 12 ­ 15 Windows based servers; web servers, email, file and print, MSSQL, VPN, DHCP, and DNS. · Performed daily Exchange 2000 maintenance for over 400 email accounts and 300 users. · Provided technical assistance to customer support department in troubleshooting faculty and student requests. · Managed website updates and maintenance in conjunction with a team of Cold Fusion web developers. · Managed software deployment and updates through Microsoft's System Management Server that reduced technician workload by over 75%. · Oversaw new projects on any Windows based server including (1) streaming media services of all HPU sporting activities using Cisco IP telephony and Windows media encoder and (2) introduction and implementation of ID card system using Pharos software.
