With over 15 years of legal experience, I am a seasoned and versatile attorney specializing in technology and IPR law. I am passionate about helping The Raymond Corporation, a Toyota Industries company and leader in material handling solutions, develop, sell, and market its innovative and cutting-edge technology products, such as its warehouse telematics system, object detection and avoidance systems, forklift virtual reality simulator, and automated material handling equipment. I bring a diverse and international perspective to the legal team, having studied Comparative International Law at the University of Geneva and worked as a Regional Counsel for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.As an Assistant General Counsel at Raymond, and previously as legal counsel at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, I provide authoritative guidance on domestic and international privacy and data protection laws and draft and negotiate complex technology agreements (both sales-side and supply-side), such as software as a service, software licensing, supply line, software development, and IT outsourcing contracts. I also advise on all legal matters related to information security, including the implementation of controls and development of policies for the protection of Raymond's and its customers' computer systems and data.
