Promoted to oversee all aspects of entertainment and cruise operations for fourteen different ships. Work closely with Entertainment Directors and Hotel Directors in entertainment programming, Safety/Risk Assessments, monitoring guest experiences/satisfaction/NPS, quality assurance and talent development. Spearheaded operations of the entertainment department including product development, programming operations, quality control, promotions, special events, customer satisfaction, public relations, brand communications, and budgets. Oversaw entertainment programs for more than 2M guests per year. Managed entertainment department staff of four direct reports and 35-55 team members.
