Nonprofit student organization at Purdue University. Dedicated efforts to curing debilitating diseases by increasing awareness and raising funds for research. Worked for the central computing organization at Purdue called ITaP (Information Technology at Purdue). Some responsibilities included, testing over 350 software programs for migration to SMS (Systems Management Server) and Window’s Vista, writing test cases, researching and offering solutions to compatibility issues.

Maintained 2,500 lab computers in over 60 labs and over 200 classrooms. Trouble-shot hardware and software problems and provided recommendations to System Administrators. Lead coordinator of all hardware replacement with vendors such as Dell and Apple. Worked 15 hours per week during the academic year. Analyzed hardware and software failure trends to predict how many legacy parts to have on hand to fix any issues before specific models were upgraded.
