As a Senior Account Director, I work to ensure high client growth, satisfaction and retention rates by identifying processes to improve department efficiencies and performance. Primary responsibilities include tracking department KPIs, contributing to the creation and delivery of the strategic department roadmap and assisting Account Directors and Strategists with resolving complex situations across all departments and client levels when necessary, reporting recurring issues up to the Senior Leadership Team and identifying any training needs within the team.

Leading a team of NMS Consultants with the primary objection of exceeding set cash targets determined by the clubs financial forecast laid out by senior management, through New Member Sales. Responsible for the recruitment of said NMS consultants and the training & development of all staff within Total Fitness Teesside with regards to the sales process from day one. Tasked with the performance management of team members through the setting, tracking and analysis of KPI’s reviewed 1-2-1 on a weekly and monthly basis. Work closely with the club manager in the planning of external and internal marketing with the aim of increasing sales with a healthy ROI, raising awareness of club promotions or to encourage member referrals. Liaising with the creative marketing department for the delivery of vital promotional literature, establishing a brief of what is required with strict deadlines in place. Negotiating advertising or outreach rates with marketing partners/ agencies to deliver the marketing literature through media such as print, online, radio or on outreach events.

Part time employment whilst attending college & university tasked with the maintenance of the complex whilst setting up classes and large scale events.
