In our company we also used PowerBI to track our product sales, top selling products, comp. %, and more.By knowing every aspect of my products and each detail of promo’s we had, I was able to achieve the number 1 sales comp. % in Midsouth multiple times and even had a $14,000 sale in one day.This position taught me that product, service, and customer knowledge is ESSENTIAL to having a successful sales career. In 2019, I was personally… Show more During my time here at the Dermatology office, I've learned a remarkable amount of medical information regarding Dermatological concerns, scheduling, billing, procedures, budgeting, HIPAA, state and federal regulations, and much more. I currently work directly underneath the general manager on a daily basis through training new employees, ordering medical and front-office supplies, creating schedules, planning meetings, and saving the office time and resources. In 2019, I was personally responsible for implementing and introducing electronic kiosks for our patients to use for their medical history, demographic forms, and financial agreements. This saved the time of both our patients and staff by significantly reducing the amount of paperwork manually scanned in to our EHR system.
