The day I graduated from the Naval Academy I became commissioned as a United States Navy Officer. I initially was a Surface Warfare Officer on a Navy ship in San Diego, but transferred to the special operations community after 18 months. Over the past ten years, I have served in numerous leadership roles in various SEAL teams to include Director of Operations, Platoon Commander, and Squad Command and during five deployments to the Middle East. I truly love leading and serving individuals who have devoted their lives to our country and improving the nation that we call our home.
