I implemented LIMS, added custom tools and enabled workflow automation.At Synthetic Genomics I led NGS, Bioinformatics, Software Engineering and DevOps. We released a new bioinformatics cloud platform, integrated it with LIMS, rolled out novel workflows and responded to new company needs.BioCoder Consulting enables me to provide my extensive skills and knowledge as a service. At ArcherDx / Invitae I lead a team of computational biologists, data scientists, and developers to release validated softwares, LIMS and infrastructure supporting FAIR data practices.
