Responsible for the detailed analysis of complaints brought against the bank by former GRG customers, resulting in the presentation of a report detaining my findings and recommendations to a Decision Committee and Independent Third Party.This high-profile Remediation Project was completed in December 2019.

Relationship Director responsible for all aspects of the banking relationships with a number of high-value Mid-Market Professional clients. Specific responsibility for many of the Top 30 Law Firms and Top 10 Accountancy firms, including Magic Circle and Big 4.Was directly responsible for over £300m of drawn assets and £400m of client deposits.This is a role where I built a great deal of experience over many years, dealing with a number of complex and challenging transactions in what was a rapidly developing sector. I built strong and trusting relationships with clients at all levels and have a strong track record of helping firms to grow by delivering appropriate solutions to a range of firms with annual revenues of over £25m.My experience covers a range of economic cycles - credit skills have been a key feature of my success to date.
