Since a young age, I’ve always been interested in design, development and making things “just work”. This led me onto a path that took me to university to learn how to write code and how to design and build solutions that are not only work for people, but are visually and functionally appealing.After leaving university, I was lucky enough to be involved in a development team which helped me diversify from lowly developer to understanding and analysing business requirements, and turning them into genuine and efficient applications and systems.I then changed industry and moved into the Financial Services sector – and so far, have never looked back. From my initial start as a junior support developer, I’ve developed, pushed and earned my way up to the position of Senior Solutions Architect, having been at the forefront of the majority of the high-profile projects that have come and gone.I’m now looking towards the future by furthering my skills and continuing to come up with innovative, efficient and (where necessary) visually impressive solutions to business problems. I enjoy it, and it’s what I do.Outside of work, I love spending time with my young family, helping them grow and watching them making their own amazing progress within the world. I’ve always been passionate about my personal fitness and continue with pushing myself both physically and mentally in everything that I do.My goal is to explore some of the amazing places around the world I’ve not yet visited, and to continue enjoying as much of life as I can.
