Motorcycle Superstore was a top online retailer of motorcycle gear, accessories, parts and apparel. They were acquired by Motorsport Aftermarket Group(MAG) and were joined with JP Cycles and Cyclenews to become part of the MAG Retail and Media Group. I had many hats in this company including UI/UX design, user testing and front-end development. I was heavily involved with it’s conversion into a responsive design, doing a large amount of the front-end development.-Utilized analytics platforms, A/B testing, and heat mapping techniques to analyze user behavior, optimize website performance, and drive increases in conversion rates.- Played a key role on the front-end development of a complete website redesign, implementing a fully responsive design that substantially enhanced engagement, usability, and conversion rate.- Created visually appealing wireframes and mockups, translating them into intuitive user interfaces. Not only do they sell a large array of products, but they are also a huge community resource for designs, how-tos and contests. I designed ads, headers and graphics as needed, as well as creating the front end html and css for their website.- Developed a templating application to streamline and enhance the efficiency of creating email campaigns.
