• Came back to head up the creative unit at The LAB, a new sister agency that specialised in brand experiences. The LAB was incorporated back into GOVT in 2020, and I returned fully to the mothership. Highlights:
• Created a brand platform for Tiger Beer Japan, and entered the Heineken Global roster of agencies — the only Singaporean agency on the list.
• Led the conceptualisation and organisation of a one-week street party in Shinjuku, Tokyo for Tiger Beer and Singapore Tourism Board, attracting over 58,000 Japanese drinkers.

• Joined the ecommerce rewards startup as one of its earliest employees. Oversaw creative content and communications operations across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand together with the co-founders.Responsibilities:

Oversaw the creative units on the OCBC Bank account, driving above-the-line communications for one of Singapore’s most iconic banks. Won their first CCA award in years along the way.

Started my career in editorials and customised publishing. Got bitten by the advertising bug when the Group set up an ad agency, Pepper Inc., and I began my journey in account servicing and copywriting.
