Works with large commercial/industrial/institutional end-users to help them develop strategies to incorporate renewables into their energy plans and then to capture more of the value of renewables through offtake or asset acquisition arrangements. Aggregates large end-user demand for and manages process for entities who want the benefits of owning or controlling renewables without the hassle of operating them. Handles solicitations, evaluation, contract negotiations, construction oversight, commercial operation acceptance, and monitors and helps optimize ongoing operations depending on customer needs/interests.

Development consulting to utilities, cooperatives, municipals, developers and others seeking to buy/sell power from or build/own wind power projects. Experienced in all phases of development from greenfield prospecting, land control, permitting, community relations, PPA negotiation and financing. Services also available to communities, governmental bodies and advocates who need expert representation or who seek a greater knowledge of wind power projects and development processes.

Duties included oversight of all development activities in eastern North America from site prospecting to permitting to negotiation of power purchase arrangements and asset sales.
