Current** Security Projects - Small to medium business of the year award**Kevin Radford has been in security for over thirty years. He started his career as a security officer and has carried out all aspects of work on his journey to becoming head of Operations at Security Projects.Kevin has a very hands on approach to his work, is well organised and has great man-management skills. With so much responsibility he still manages to be a stickler to detail which has been an important asset to him and the companies he has worked with. His past and current work has included being responsible for several teams of security personnel covering areas all over the South of England and Wales.His areas of work have included door supervision, special events, private residential patrols, working with dog units, transport, personal protection, hotel security, undercover operations, mystery shoppers and static guarding.Kevin can be sum up in five short words his approach to getting the best from his team…we believe in each other. When a team of dedicated individuals makes a commitment to act as one…the sky’s the limit. Teamwork gives us the edge that makes winners out of all of us. Taking the team to the top.As with the nature of security work, Kevin also has considerable experience of liaising with Police and Local Authorities, in helping reduce local crime that direct effect the local businesses and communities.In his spare time Kevin enjoys socialising with family and friends, and follows a range of sports.
