The California Youth Energy Services Program (CYES) was developed to provide energy and water saving utility products to low income and hard to reach populations in the San Francisco Bay Area. The program employs underprivileged young adults as Energy Specialists to perform the installations. Out of five regional sites, my site was recognized for far exceeding company-wide goals and for servicing the most homes and providing the highest costumer service in the entire region.
