Mr. Childs is also a licensed architect in the State of Texas, having received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas in 1983. Mr. Childs has served as Vice President of Development for DDR Oliver McMillan, a San Diego based Real Estate Investment Trust, specializing in urban redevelopment of lifestyle entertainment retail centers.
