I am responsible for the inventory and scheduling deliveries daily. I review all of the day’s sales and verify sales tickets, to create invoices. I also use my experience for inside and outside sales. Institute safety practices in and around the warehouse.

I built new homes from excavation to new the customer walks. Facilitated the construction of new homes to keep them on schedule and with in budget. Kept track of the homes status, walk with trades to verify there work. After the home was turned over to the new homeowner we did any warranty work as needed to keep the JD Powers Scores up.Homeowner acceptance rate of 90%

My job was to create revenue for the hotel by bringing in groups for meetings and hotel rooms. I created special rates and travel packages to entice the new customers. Work closely with the Director of Sales to create marketing plans to Worked with the Colorado Springs Visitors Bureau to get large groups for conventions and reunions. Keep track of the VIP's and returning groups to make sure they where ensure the continued revenue for the next sales year.$5,000.00 bonus for military reunion groups

Assisted the Director of Sales with the training of new sales managers and keeping track of their productivity. I worked with the Government, Military and Sports markets to bring in new business. I helped with the year-end planning to insure more business for the next year. I Was on the Cystic Fibrosis and the Diabetes boards to help out with the charity events. $100,000.00 sales in a month

Took care of the inside sales for existing customers and private retail customers. Kept the warehouse organized and scheduled deliveries. Was the MIS administrator for the AS400 mainframe computer. Helped organize and maintain a new arm of the Winnelson chain. I was in charge of the office, ordering material, new customers and keeping the accounts receivables in line. I developed a system to stream line the inventory process, taking it from a 13-hour day down to 6 hours.

I managed the production for the Data Interface Unit on schedule for the Hubble Space telescope. I Held a monthly meeting with representatives from NASA and the government to keep them up to date on the status of production. I was also over seeing the production of the Milstar project. I went through steps to streamline the production throughput of all programs by setting time standards per operation. I was on a continuous process improvement team. By using statistical process control program we were able to increase production by 75%.
